The UGC fellowship and scholarship management portal is now open

The University Grants Commission (UGC) Scholarship and Fellowship Management Portal (SFMP) to feed data of various legacy cases. The UGC SFMP cases can be easily uploaded from 1st April 2022.

All the management institutions and universities are thereby informed to make sure that all the legal cases entries of  UGC SFMP are done within the due date or timeline. As per the notice, no further extension will be permissible beyond 30th April 2022.

Also, the website further released a notice saying that the legacy cases actually refer to those beneficiaries for whom scholarship or fellowship was being paid to the colleges/ institutions and universities. For candidates holding fellowship from 1st July 2016 and beyond will be dispersed through UGC SFMP once the entry of the data has been made through the legacy options.
