Dr Eswari Prabhakar, Principal, Delhi Public School, Anandapuram, Visakhapatnam, is a versatile and dynamic academician with 30 years of experience.
She holds an MSc, MEd and PhD, and as an able administrator, her acumen enabled her to leave no stone unturned to make the school a model school in India.
She believes that the purpose of school education is to stimulate young minds in the belief that life is worth living beyond mere academics and examinations.
Dr Prabhakar was honoured with the ‘Best Educationist Award’ by the International Institute of Education & Management, the award for Education Excellence by the Indian Achievers Forum, the Bharat Vidya Shiromani Award presented by Former Governor of Tamil Nadu Bhishma Narain Singh, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Education Excellence Award presented by International Business Council and the National Mahila Rattan Gold Medal Award, among others.
She has also been recommended as Ambassador of World Peace.
