Prof Martand T Telsang, Vice-Chancellor, Sanjay Ghodawat University, Kolhapur, has 5 years of industrial experience and 30 years of teaching experience at UG and PG programs in Engineering and Management.
He has a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University, Dharwad, an MTech in Industrial Engineering from National Institute for Industrial Engineering Mumbai and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere Maharashtra.
He also has Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IMDR, Poona.
Prof Telsang is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers India and a Fellow of the Institution of Production Engineers, Bangalore.
He is the author of three books and two monograms and has contributed research papers at various national and international seminars and conferences and journals.
He is the recipient of the Outstanding Academic Award 1998 by RIT, Rajaramnagar, the ‘Best Teacher Award 2004 by KE Society Kasegaon and Shivaji University Gunawant Shikshak Award 2015.
