Veena Goel, Principal Apeejay School Pitampura is a visionary team-oriented educator and leader, who ensures that the canvas of the teaching-learning process is added with new and creative infusions that would energise the entire process with a fresh perspective.
She has an MSc and BSc from the elitist college of Delhi University – Miranda House and BEd from CIE, Delhi University. She also has a Post-graduate Diploma in School Governance & Management from IGNOU.
Goel has a rich teaching and administrative experience of more than 26 years in The Convent of Jesus and Mary. This includes 10 years as Head Mistress and as PGT Chemistry.
She is the recipient of the Teachers Excellence Award 2013 by Lions Club, the ISA Coordinators Award, 2013 by British Council, CBSE Teachers’ Excellence Award 2016, Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching Program and the Rajendra Prasad Award 2020 for meritorious achievements in the field of education.
