Dr Bhimaraya Metri is Director of IIM Nagpur. Prior to this, he was Director at IIM Tiruchirappalli. He was also Dean, L& T Institute of Project Management, Vadodara, India.
Dr Metri served as Dean (Academics & Alumni Relations) & Professor at International Management Institute (IMI) New Delhi.
He has held several senior leadership positions such as Chairman (PGPM), Dean (Academics), Dean (Graduate Programmes) at MDI Gurgaon.
He was also Dean and Professor at SSBS (University of Strathclyde) and worked with BITS Pilani, where he was in charge of the PhD Programme for nearly 3 years.
He is on the editorial board of national and international journals and has served as a member of various national level committees of Higher Technical Education and Industry.
Dr Metri is a member of the Decision Sciences Institute, Houston, Texas, USA.
He has published over 100 papers in international and national journals and conference proceedings.
