He has served organizations in BFSI across the spectrum of consumer finance products in various senior management capacities before shifting to the Education Sector.
At Ampersand Group, Menon is responsible for driving the business for the Education and Skilling vertical with a focus to add value and bring in the transformation to the government sector.
As a key leadership team member of the group, Menon’s responsibilities include working on specific growth strategy projects initiated by the board with a focus on enhancing K12 Education and vocational training services in line with the state and central government initiatives in these domains.
