Also, she has her own counselling firm known as the NACRT, where she is a consultant psychologist. An efficient leader, administrator, academician and a trained Counselor and psychologist, she is indeed a person of repute for excellence.
In her career she has also conducted several workshops on various subjects and has been trained and certified by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). For her notable contributions in the field of education, she has been awarded with the life-time achievement award in 2019, by Shri Mohan Ji Bhagwat.
