Rini Ghosh serves as the IBDP Coordinator at Jamnabai Narsee International School. She believes that mentors need to co-create the success story for their students while understanding their strengths and areas of improvement.
As per her thoughts, Education in the 21st Century for the Gen Z is not confined within the four walls of the classroom. It is about equipping the Gen Z learners with the creative experiences and practical exposures to manage their way through the ever-changing, ever-evolving landscape both in the real and the virtual worlds.
Ghosh also works as a Mini PD Coach as a freelancer. Previously, she also worked as Spanish content writer with MHRD-UGC.
