Prof. (Dr) ARVIND KUMAR JAIN is the Prof. & Dean of School of Basic and Applied Sciences, Galgotias University. With more than 18 years of Teaching and Research and administration, Dr. Jain’s area of teaching interest lies in Nanotechnology, Materials Science, Engineering Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry.
Dr. Jain is also the Recipient of Full Travel Grant $ 2000- from NSF- USA to participate and deliver a lecture in the Second Annual Conference of the Society for the Study of Nanoscience and Emerging Technologies at Technische Universität Darmstadt- Germany.
Dr. Jain has also organized as Convener a five-day IUCEE workshop on Nanostructures and Nanotechnology at Ansal Institute of Technology –Gurgaon. His area of research interest includes Analytical Chemistry, Photochemistry of II-VI Semiconductors, Nanocomposites, Sensing devices of CNT and ZnO etc.
