Dr. Kerron G. Reddy, CEO, AIMS Institute, Bengaluru comes with 40 years of rich experience in academics.
Dr Reddy has a BSc and an MA English Literature from Kakatiya University, Andhra Pradesh, as well as an MBA in HRM & Marketing from Bangalore University and a PhD in Management from Bangalore University.
She has 25 years of dedicated effort to nurture AIMS Institutes into a prestigious ‘twelve programme – institute’ that now competes with well-established and long-standing institutes in India.
Dr Reddy is also Editor-in-Chief of AIMS Journal of Research and has numerous research publications to her credit.
She was awarded ‘Best Educationist at the National Level’ by Private Schools and Children Welfare Association in 2018, and ‘Educational Leader of the Year’ by Future of India – Business Excellence and Achievement Award for Entrepreneurs – 2016.
She was also conferred with the Bangalore Management Association award for ‘Best Institute of Excellence in Higher Education’ in 2015.
