Started as a hospitality professional worked in various countries before landing in Academics in year 2001.
Prof. Dhar has Academic interests in Tourism growth and economic aspects of Tourism.
Has been part of various education policy committees and has devised various programmes for Hospitality and Management.
Was Vice Chancellor for two terms for NIILM University Kaithal and also the founding Registrar for Rai University Bangalore.
Presently director for development of education conglomerate of Gajera Trust’s Laxmi Vidyapeeth Gujarat.
