Venkata Ramanan is the Education Business Manager at ViewSonic, where he is responsible for Managing ViewSonic’s Display business in India and achieving profitability and market share in each segment of LCD monitors.
He also spearheads the product portfolio mix which is based on insights and observations from the end consumers. In this role, he holds expertise in Strategy, Planning & Forecasting to achieve target market share.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering from PSG College of Technology and an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
Ramanan previously served as National Service Manager with Acer, where he handled the business portfolio management and product profitability for monitors and projectors. He also played an important role in driving the high-end monitor sales of the portfolio and increasing Acer’s market focus.
He also served stints with companies such as BenQ and Larsen & Toubro in various leadership capacities.
