Prof Tabrez Ahmad is Vice-Chancellor, GD Goenka University and Dean School of Law.

He is the Founder President of Technolex and is also the National Vice President of the International Council of Jurists London, and Chair of Legal Education Section of the Indian National Bar Association.

Prof Ahmad was Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Dean School of Law at Galgotias University before joining GD Goenka University.

He holds a doctorate in Cyber Law & IPR from AMU Aligarh.

He is a prolific speaker in Cyber Law, IPR & Energy Law and he has delivered keynote addresses in more than 100 prestigious international conferences held in, USA, UK, China, Japan, UAE, Egypt, Singapore, etc.

Prof Ahamd has authored a pioneering book titled ‘Cyber Law, E-Commerce and M-commerce’, and published more than 100 papers in reputed journals.

He is ranked among the ‘Top 200 Law Authors in the World’ by USA based SSRN.
