Dr Kartik Jain, Provost, Swarnim Startup & Innovation University, Gandhinagar, is one of the youngest and pre-eminent strategists and educationist of his generation.

He holds a Doctorate in Management with special focus on Business Policy & Strategic Management. He has a versatile and varied experience in Business Policy & Strategic Management and Information Technology Management.

Dr Jain is also an alumnus of C-DAC, and he is the recipient of the Vice-Chancellor’s Gold Medal in his post-graduate studies in MBA.

He specialises in the development and implementation of technology-based educational systems in accordance with the regulatory framework of UGC, NAAC & HECs and other statutory authorities.

He designed and formulated a University Management System for establishing Educational Strategic Processes for achieving Total Quality Management with reference to International Organization for Standardization (ISO), which has earned him much appreciation and recognition.
