Prof Niloy Sarkar, Professor and Dean – Academics, The Neotia University, has over 22 years of rich experience.

He is a graduate in the branch of Life Science from the University of Calcutta. He is a Postgraduate in Public System Management with specialization in Health Care & Hospital Management from Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, Kolkata.

He also holds an MPhil in Hospital & Health System Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science – Pilani and was awarded a PhD in Social Science and Management by The National Institute of Technology, Durgapur.

He was the Dean – Academics in NSHM Knowledge Campus (NSHM College of Management & Technology), Durgapur and was associated with CK Birla Group of Hospitals in different capacities.

Prof Sarkar is a National Committee member on IT and ITeS of Confederation of Indian Industries, New Delhi and has published several research papers nationally and internationally.
