Prof Sunil K Somani, Founder Vice-Chancellor of Medi-Caps, has 30 years of rich experience working in the higher education and management industries.

His areas of research are Design, CAD, and Technical Analysis & Solar Energy.

Prof Somani also has strong expertise in Academic and General Administration, Curriculum Development, Budgeting, Design, Negotiation, Counselling, Security Analysis, and Computer-Aided Design.

He is an Honours graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Indira Gandhi Government Engineering College, Sagar. He has a post-graduate in Design Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune and a Doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Devi Ahilya University, Indore.

Being a life member of various professional bodies such as IE (India), AMM, ISTE, MPCA, AICCF, CCAI, and others, Prof Somani’s contributions are well-acknowledged in the world of professionals.

He has more than 70 publications to his name in various national and international journals and conferences and is also the author of two books.
