Dr Skant Bali, Principal, The Hyderabad Public School is highly regarded as an effective school educator with an illustrious career spanning two decades in some of the premier institutes of the country. Dr Bali is a progressive leader who believes that inclusion, integrity and insight are keys to good administration. He is a firm believer in the infinite potential of the young minds he mentors and adheres to the principle that education is incomplete without incorporating core values within the system.

Dr Bali also served as Principal of GD Goenka World School, Gurugram and he was associated with the Doon School, Dehradun for 12 years and the Army Public School, Dagshai for 5 years.

Dr Bali has earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and Political Science from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, a Master’s Degree in Geography from Punjab University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Kashmir University, Srinagar, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the Institute of Education, University College London, UK and a PhD in Education from the George Washington University of Peace, Florida, USA.

Dr Bali is also an accomplished writer having authored several textbooks in his field of interest, Geography.

He is the recipient of numerous awards including three Triennial Service awards, 2 IAYP India Recognition awards. He also received the ‘Progressive Principal Award’, the ‘Iconic Principal Changing the World’ award, the ‘Ideal Principal’ award, the ‘Outstanding School Leader’ award, the ‘Principal of the Year Award’, the ‘Educational Reformer Award’, ‘Top 50 Emerging Indian Icon’ award, ‘Outstanding Leadership Principal of the Year’ award and ‘Future 50 Leaders Shaping Success’ award, among others.
