She has expertise in curriculum design and implementation, as well as coaching and mentoring of school leadership and teacher and leadership professional development.

She has created a robust curriculum, assessment, and training model that accelerates achievement and builds 21st-century skills in the learner for CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE across all grades.

She has also written books and teacher manuals on Financial Literacy, Global Literacy and Digital Literacy for young children.
