Maya Shahani is Chairperson of the Shahani Group and Chairperson of the Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management.

She is also the Trustee of the Thadomal Shahani Trust and the HSNC Board running 27 prime educational institutes with over 50,000 students graduating every year.

From the very beginning, Shahani’s vision has been to build strong ethical and heart centric business leaders. Along with her work in education, she has been deeply involved in charity work, which has been recognized by The Clinton Global Initiative.

She is a Founder Trustee and Chairperson Emeritus of the Women’s Movement for Peace and Prosperity.

Shahani is the recipient of several awards including the Glory of India (Gold Medallist) Award, Global Peace Award, the Jewel of India Award, the Jamnalal Bajaj Award, the Women Achievers Award, Bharat Jyoti Puraskar, the Entrepreneur Business School Award and the Clinton Global Initiative Certificate.
