Amla Awasthi is Vice President – HR, Indiamart, where she heads the HR functions in areas such as Technology, Corporate Functions, Sales & Service, Product, Design and Marketing which includes business partnering in Talent Acquisition, Talent management, Learning & OD, Compensation Management and Employee Engagement.

Awasthi holds a Master’s degree in Psychology- HRDM, from the University of Allahabad. She is adept at developing innovative HR initiatives to streamline processes and capitalise on organisational growth opportunities.

She also holds the distinction of developing tools to assess employee satisfaction across the organisation and is actively involved in designing training & leadership modules and organising team-building events.

Awasthi also plays a pivotal role as strategic HR advisor to the HR & Business Head, business leadership by providing guidance and direction on all aspects of the development of people as part of growth.
