Commander Jaitly VK, Author, Speaker & Former President, IIT Kharagpur Alumni Association, is a noted speaker, known for his motivational and leadership skills. He conducts training programs that are well-known for being informative, interactive and action oriented, exposing professionals to the latest trends in the industry. He is the architect of ‘Business Excellence thru People’ for corporates. He is also the Founder member of PanIIT Board India.

Jaitly completed his M.Tech in Sat. Comm. and B.Tech (Honrs) in E&ECE both from IIT Kharagpur and has worked extensively in the area of Web Marketing for his MBA project.

Jaitly has been a regular speaker in numerous seminars and lectures on forums such as CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, AMCHAM, C-DAC, Common Wealth Countries Forum for e-Gov, CSI, CSIR, Cyber Media, Technical/ Management institutes including IITs and Defence Officers’ Conferences on diverse range of topics.
