Devinder Narain, Director, Corporate Relations at Shobhit University, holds leadership roles in many professional organizations including in corporate and educational institutions.

He is a founder member of STEP – Student Transition and Empowerment Programme (an initiative of Shobhit University) to guide and help school students in planning their career path. He also serves as a motivator, trainer and counsellor with a leading multinational training company Go- Training.

Narain is a visiting counsellor with the Institute of Counsellor Training Research and Consultancy (ICTRC) and a visiting counsellor with the Knowledge Confluence.

He is a Member of the Centre for Education Growth and Research, New Delhi and a Member of the India Education Network, New Delhi. Narain has been associated with the Chhaya Foundation, an NGO that provides training and counselling to underprivileged students. He is also Co-Chair of ASSOCHAM Jharkhand Education Development Council.

Narain has been bestowed with many honours and awards in recognition of his contribution to society in the areas of education and other concerns. Narain has been awarded as ‘Outstanding Institutional Leader’ by the Nopapers, Indian Education Network during the 8 th Annual Higher Education Summit 2020 in New Delhi.

He has traveled widely in India, Nepal and Middle East to participate in various professional, educational activities, motivator and as a counsellor.
