Dr Bigyan Verma, Director, SIES College of Management Studies, Mumbai, holds a PhD in Finance, an MBE from Delhi University, an MBA and is a Gold Medallist in M. Com.

His areas of specialisation are Strategic Management, Corporate Finance & Investment Banking. Dr Verma taught at XLRI Jamshedpur for about nine years as a full-time faculty and at IIM-Kozhikode.

Dr Verma was the Founder Director of a business school set up in Khandala by Carleton University, Canada and Kohinoor Group. He has worked for JM Morgan Stanley as a Senior Investment Banker and has also worked closely with SEBI, NSE, AMFI, BSE and several other institutions.
