Dr Kavita Aggarwal, Chairperson, MISA, has 38 years of experience in the field of education.

She has a BSc in Human Development, with specialisation in Child Development and she also has an MEd in Education and a Doctorate in Education Management.

She specializes in setting up new schools affiliated to Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), Cambridge, UK and CBSE/CISCE curricula.

She has been involved in establishing International Baccalaureate (IB) schools and bringing them up from the inception stage until they have obtained final authorisation.

She has also been closely associated with the training and mentoring of teachers, which include Vice-Principals, Principals and non-teaching staff.

Dr Aggarwal has been associated as a Chief Academic Advisor with a group of schools and she regularly provides assistance to promoters of new schools for setting up Cambridge schools and provides academic support to teachers to execute the Cambridge curriculum.
