Dr Mansi Aggarwal, Director, Scottish Early Years, is an educationist par excellence and a visionary with a difference. Her expansive vision encompasses children, parents, teachers and society as a whole.

She has propagated the concept of holistic education that focuses on the overall development of children namely in academics, life skills and real-life experiences. She is instrumental in ushering futuristic and scientific learning institutes for Early Childhood Education in India by introducing new and innovative methods of teaching and carries the torch of learning to further the vision of society.

After completing her studies in Psychology and Entrepreneurship from Boston, Dr Aggarwal worked towards her passion and belief in early childhood education. She has founded a Montessori preschool and has designed its curriculum.

For her work in the field of education, Dr Aggarwal was awarded the Rashtriya Shiksha Ratan Award. She has also been conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Educational Leadership. She regularly appears as a speaker on various platforms and also conducts teacher training and parenting workshops.

She believes that only happy and motivated teachers can make her vision a reality, thus bringing a change in the education system. She also conducts a teacher training program with the aim of training competent teachers who can impart Montessori education par excellence.
