Dr Naveen Das, Dean – Academics & Dean – School of Business & Economics, Adamas University has academic experience spanning more than two decades. He has been the Founding Dean and Director, IBS Business School, Hyderabad and Kolkata, Associate Director, Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and Director, NSHM Knowledge Campus, Kolkata. Passionate about teaching, training and advising students for career, Dr. Das is also an effective institution-builder.

Dr. Das has a B.Tech (Hons.) from IIT Kharagpur, PGDM from IIM Calcutta, and PhD from NLU Jodhpur (in collaboration with IMT, Ghaziabad). He possesses the perfect blend of academic and corporate experience and has held leadership positions like SBU Head in Godrej & Boyce – Kolkata, Vice President, Jnanasoft Inc., USA, and Vice President – Intellectual Capital at Everonn Education Systems, Chennai.

He has a wide perspective on fundamental pillars of learning and knowledge management, teaching-training, counselling-coaching, research and institution building. He has a deep interested in the holistic development of managerial manpower without compromising on the basic tenets of humanity and generic goodness of the self.
