Dr Niyati Chitkara, Vice President – Schools, Chitkara Educational Trust, is a ‘Generation-Next’ educationist, with 16 years of experience in the field of education. She believes in developing a learning-centred approach and a positive learning environment in which every student can experience challenges and success. Her vision is to create a sense of integrity; dignity and confidence amongst young learners so as they are ready to face life’s challenges.
Dr Chitkara is also an external expert for the Board of Studies of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) at Chitkara College of Education.
Under her expert guidance and leadership, Chitkara International School was chosen as a case study school by Cambridge International Examinations.
Dr Chitkara was awarded the gold medal in her Masters of Education Programme for her papers on ‘Corporal Punishment’ and ‘Future Classroom’. She has completed her doctorate in School-Based Assessment including the Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation.
Dr Chitkara has been chosen amongst ‘33 Young Rising Stars of Indian Education’ by Education World.
