Prof Shilpa Bendale, Director at KCES’s Institute of Management and Research, Jalgaon, has 28 years of experience in the teaching field.

She has completed her M.Com, an MBA in Marketing in Taxation Law from Pune University, an MBA in Finance from North Maharashtra University and a PhD in Management from Pune University

She is known for her expertise in Marketing, Motivation and Leadership. She is also a NAAC Coordinator of KCES’s College of Engineering and IT, Jalgaon.

Prof Bendale has published more than 55 research papers and has regularly presented research papers at international and national conferences.

She is the recipient of the ‘Maniratna Shikshak Gaurav Puraskar’ by Maniratna Foundation, Pune and the ‘Best Director Award’ by Innovation Society India, Asia – Arab Summit & Awards 2019

She was also awarded the Sakal Media Group, Excellence Award 2019 for Excellence in Education and the ILDC – AMP Women Excellence Awards 2019 for exemplary contribution in the area of ‘Educational Leadership and Management’.
