Major General B D Wadhwa, AVSM (Retd.), Director General, IILM, Greater Noida, joined the Army in the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering in 1969.

He holds a post-graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Instrumentation Technology and a Master’s degree in Management (MMS).

He has wide and varied experience as a faculty while in the Army, both in India and abroad.

He joined the Institutes for Integrated Learning in Management, an NCR-based education group. He was also the Director of IILM Graduate School of Management in Greater Noida for nearly 6 years.

Currently, Maj Gen Wadhwa is the Director-General of IILM and he manages two management institutes and one Engineering institutes of IILM, in Greater Noida.

Maj Gen BD Wadhwa was decorated by the President of India on Jan 26th, 2006 with the ‘Ati Viishist Sewa’ medal for his outstanding services to the nation and the army.
