Kavilash Chawla currently serves as Managing Partner of Bâton Global, a research-driven strategy and innovation advisory firm. This includes serving as an advisor and consultant to private and public sector organizations supporting them with the development and execution of their global strategies.
Prior to transitioning into an advisory and consulting role, Chawla was in the investment banking industry with Deutsche Bank in London and previously with the United Nations in New York. Concurrent to his leadership role at Bâton Global, Chawla is a Visiting Scholar at Drake University, where his research is focused at the intersection of faith, finance and impact, with expertise in asset management for faith and values-based investors.
Chawla holds a B.A. in Economics, History, and Political Science from Drake University, a Masters in International Affairs from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Chawla is also an active entrepreneur and investor, including CreditEnable, an SME lending platform which was named one of the most influential fintech companies in 2020 by The Financial Technologist and recently awarded the prestigious UK-India Fintech Award.
