Anvita Gupta, Principal, Candor International School, Bangalore, is a seasoned and passionate educator with a wealth of 24 years of experience in the field of education and media.

A mentor and a coach by nature, Gupta’s strength as a leader stems from her approachability, her unparalleled energy and extremely grounded strategies.

She started her career in the education domain with Delhi Public School. For almost two decades, she has moved from strength to strength building her skills as a teacher, Head of Curriculum and as School Administrator.

Gupta holds a post-graduate degree in Journalism, a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and also a Bachelor’s degree in Education. After working successfully with the national curriculum, she was drawn towards International Methodology and soon got an opportunity to join Pathways World School, Aravali where she served for over 9 years.

Her core strength comes from her clear understanding of the curriculum along with building and nurturing strong teams that are dedicated, committed and inspired.

Her leadership style is working with the school community towards setting high standards and achieving them. She has an inherent acumen to connect with all – from students to teachers to the parent community with equal grace and ease.
