Preeti Kwatra is Founder Director of Petals Group of Schools. She is an educationist par excellence and brings with her a combination of professional distinction and personal achievement with social commitment and contribution in the manner of a visionary academician. She has completed her MA in Psychology and has been working as a parent coach for the last 15 years.

Kwatra is an accredited Child Counsellor, Mindful Parent Coach and a true mentor who has always inspired her students and evoked in them a love for learning and encouraged them to pursue visionary working in the field of education since the last 18 years. She opened her first school in East Delhi in 2003 and today, Petals School has become a well-known and top-most school in Delhi.

She strongly believes a nurturing environment can only nurture a happy child who is unique in his own capacities.

Kwatra is an active participant at many conferences and seminars held at both the national and international level.

She has also received many awards for her contribution to the field of education including the Shikshak Ratna Award 2014 by Rashtriya Samta Swatantra Manch, the Mahila Shakti Shiromani Swarn Padak Award by Rashtriya Samata Swatantra Manch, the White Swan Award for Influential Leader in Education, The Rising Star of the Year’ by Education Today 2018-2019 and the Hall of Fame Awards 2019 for Empowering Support Staff by Early Childhood Association.
