Prof Rajive Kumar, Member Secretary of the All India Council for technical Education (AICTE) holds an ME in Computer Technology and Application from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi. He also has a Ph.D from IIT Delhi. In 1990, he joined DCR University of Science & Technology, Haryana.

His areas of research interest are Mathematical Computing, Software Engineering and Image Processing.

Prof Kumar is also the author of numerous research papers in national and international journals and presented papers in India and abroad.
