Prof. RSS Mani, Founding Member, ITM Business School, Mumbai is an HRD specialist and a veteran in the field of Education with more than two decades of rich experience. He is a mentor in the areas of Education Management, Organizational Behavior and Career Guidance.

Prof. Mani also served as a faculty member of TATA Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), associated with the personnel management department from 1989 – 1994 and was in charge of organising and conducting training programmes for many organizations throughout India.

In 1994, he founded RSS Mani & Associates, a career development consultancy.

Prof. Mani is a Gold-Medalist from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, from where he gained an MBA in HRD, Training and Development.

He is also an advisor for various leading management and career planning portals, and he is a mentor and guide to many professionals and has helped thousands shape their careers.
