Raghav Podar is Chairman of Podar Education, an education conglomerate that was established in 1927, and has schools all across India. A fine blend of global thinking and Indian values, Raghav Podar is known as a path-breaking educationist and a thought leader on constructing optimal learning environments.

Having drawn inspiration from the education systems of Finland, Singapore, UK and Australia, Podar aims to upgrade the quality of schooling in India. His training, presentations and workshops on aligning digital transformation with 21st-century skills are keenly sought across schools, conferences and ministries in Australia, Spain, and the UK. He makes a strong distinction between educationist-run schools and businessman-led schools, and also personally supports the Beti Padao, Beti Bachao Yojana as well as Tata Memorial’s Impacct Foundation that focuses on children’s cancer treatment for the poor.

Podar has been bestowed with many honours for his contributions in the field of education and nation-building, including ‘The Bhaskar – Pride of India’ Award and ‘The Glory of India’ Award by the Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand in 2016.
