Dr Ganesh Natarajan, Executive Chairman & Founder, 5F World, has over 30 years of experience, including 25 years as CEO of Aptech and Zensar Technologies.
He has a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from NITIE Mumbai, a PhD from IIT Bombay and AMP from Harvard Business School.
Dr Natarajan has received the Distinguished Alumnus Award of IIT Bombay and NITIE, and has been recognized by EY and Asia Pacific HR Forum for excellence in technology entrepreneurship and people-centric leadership.
Dr Natarajan has been elected to serve on the State Bank of India’s Board of Directors and is Chairman and Board Director of Social Venture Partners India and Pune City Connect. He has led the Innovation and Knowledge Management Initiative nationally for CII and NASSCOM and has been Chairman of NASSCOM and NASSCOM Foundation.
Case studies on Dr Natarajan and Zensar have been developed and taught at the Harvard Business School.
