Balasubramanian Subramanian is a teaching, training, and consulting expert from the management industry. He is currently working as the Director of the GRG School in Coimbatore. In his career span of 30+ years, Subramanian has been associated with several prestigious educational institutes.
He has been a part of institutions like TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal, Wartsila India Ltd, Chennai, Noble Azania Group, BHEL, Larsen & Toubro, and so on.
Subramanian has spent about 30 years in industry in different functions such as production, planning, marketing, human resources management, international trade and business, and general management. Subramanian has delivered over 200 keynote talks and chaired many sessions on higher education. He is the author of a widely acclaimed book titled “The Art of Business Leadership: Indian Experiences” (New Delhi: Sage Publications, 2007).
