Ruchira Ghosh, Principal of the Sancta Maria International School, Hyderabad, has over 20 years of experience in the school education sector in diverse areas including school leadership, international education management, business development, marketing & communications and project management.

Under her leadership, the school has accomplished significant milestones such as becoming an approved centre for offering Cambridge Professional Development Qualifications, expanding Cambridge Global Perspectives across the school and initiating a curriculum for social and emotional learning.

She moved from a distinguished corporate education career to a school-based career with the aim to apply her own learning from her Cambridge and British Council experiences to build world-class institutions that prepare students for life and as lifelong learners.

She has a depth of understanding in international education, building teams, business development, school improvement and teacher development.

She previously served as Regional Director of Cambridge Assessment International Education, heading the South Asia region.
