Ashu Tiwary, Principal of Motilal Nehru Public School, Jamshedpur has been an integral part of the institution since its inception.

As an educational leader, she strives continuously to establish and achieve excellence and in pursuit of this, she has created a climate that is conducive to education; managing stakeholders and processes to foster an ideal school environment.

Tiwary is a postgraduate in English and has completed an Ethical Leadership course from IIM Kolkatta and an Educational Management course from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

She has also served as Secretary of the Association of British Scholars (Jamshedpur Chapter), and is on the Board of Directors of NGO—People for Change. She is also the former President & Secretary of the Association of ICSE School Heads of Bihar & Jharkhand.

Tiwary is also Lead assessor – Tata Steel Business Excellence Model (Dr J J Irani Award for Excellence in Education).
