Dr Sunita Srivastava, Director of Aditya Institute of Management Studies and Research is a management professional with more than 35 years of experience. She has held various roles such as Director, Dean, Professor, Consultant and Corporate Trainer.

She is a Gold medalist at the BSc level and holds an MBA from the University of Nairobi and a PhD from Rajasthan.

Dr Srivastava started her teaching career at the Department of Business Administration at the University of Nairobi in 1983.

She has been teaching myriad subjects ranging from Management Principles, Marketing Management to Integrated Marketing Communications to MBA and Post-Graduate students at various institutes.

Dr Srivastava is the recipient of several scholarships and awards including ‘Best Professor in Marketing’ award 2017 by ABP News, the ‘Top 50 Women in Education Leader’ by World Education Congress in 2018 and the ‘Fabulous Global Education Leader’ by World Education Congress in 2019.
